How do I place an order online?
To place an order online, easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Browse through the product pages using the top menu or search field
- Click on the styles you like and select the size and quantity from the lists
- Click “Add To Bag”
- Continue through the checkout
Now sit back and wait to receive your order and look stylish in your shoes!
What happens after I place my order?
We will keep you up to date on the progress of your order. You will be sent a confirmation email which includes details of your order. Delivery times depending on where you live.
Can I change my order after I click submit?
Sorry no changes once you click submit. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it, take the unworn style into your nearest Spendless Shoes store with your receipt for an exchange or refund - please see our full store listing here. Alternatively you can registered post the shoes back to the Support Centre at your cost. Please see ourShipping and Returns page for further information.
Help! My coupon code won't work online, what do I do?
If you are having problems entering the coupon code at checkout, make sure you copy and paste the code exactly as it appears in your browser rather than retyping. Also try closing down your browser, deleting cookies, empty the cart and then re-open spendless.com.au and try re-creating your order. If a coupon code discount doesn't apply at the checkout in the total price, then you will be charged the full amount as stated on your order invoice.
How do I track my order?
You will have a tracking code emailed to you when we have shipped your order - input this code at www.auspost.com.au/track to check the status and location of your package. If you are having trouble with finding your tracking code you can contact our online sales team here to have your code re-sent to you.
I forgot my password, what do I do now?
If you don’t know or have forgotten your password, head to the Account link at the top of page and then click “Forgot Password?” Enter your email address and we will send you another password.
Is your website secure?
We don't store any of your credit card details on any of our local servers - all information you input at the checkout is encrypted safely & securely through our payment gateway. If in doubt, check the little padlock icon and https:// prefix at the top of the address bar - this means you are browsing a secure webpage.
Can I use Paypal or American Express?
At this stage we do not offer Paypal or American Express as payment options. We accept Visa and Mastercard for all transactions.

Do I have to become a member to place an order?
If you do not wish to register, you can still place an order as a guest shopper. By shopping as a guest you are not remembered as a member, you will miss out on future promotions, competitions and offers.
What styles are available?
New styles are uploaded to the website every week - usually Fridays! We bring you the latest styles available to purchase through our online store. Be fast, we are a high volume retailer, if the item you are looking for is out of stock we may not re-order that style. If a style is sold out in your size, please call our customer service team on 1800 357 427 and they may be able to help you further.
Do you take bulk orders?
If you see an item online that you would like to bulk order, simply call our customer service team on 1800 357 427and they will be able to assist you in placing a bulk order. Please have the name, colour and size breakdown when you call.
Looking for bridal and bridesmaids shoes?
At Spendless Shoes we offer a range of brides and bridesmaids styles. If we cannot fulfill your entire order online, or you would like to find a store where you may try on the styles you're looking at purchasing, call our customer service team on 1800 357 427 and they will be able to assist you in placing an order.
