- Our Application Process
Our application process is rigorous, as we aim to ensure that every potential Spendless Team Member is given an opportunity to decide if Spendless is the right fit for them, and we fully understand we’re not for everyone!
The First Step
We ask you to complete a cultural fit survey. This is the key factor in a candidate progressing through the next stage, as we want to make sure that our values are aligned so there is every chance that we think alike, we will work well together, and have fun together! We think this step is extremely important, as we strive to make Spendless a place you will want to come every day.
We hire the attitude and train the skills!
The Second Step
We ensure that we detail important aspects of the specific job role for you. We do this by asking a series of yes/no questions appropriate to the job you have applied for to ensure you are willing and able to perform the tasks and duties required for the role.
The Third Step
We ask you to detail any relevant experience you may have relating to the job you are applying for. We may ask you at this point to attach a resume, however we do not ask for resumes for all jobs, as some jobs just require the right attitude! You also may have the opportunity to leave a video for us. This is a fun way for you to show us your personality! The video is not compulsory however, and does not negatively affect your application if you choose not to upload a video.
You Have Completed the Application Process!
Once you have completed your application in full, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your application, and that will detail the next steps of your individual application process.
Where To From Here
We commit to keeping you informed of your application at every stage, and to keep in touch with you regularly regarding the status of your application. We do like to take the time to get to know you, and the recruitment process could take as many as 2 to 3 face to face meetings with different team members as well as reference checks. Usually this process will take 2-4 weeks
