Click & Collect FAQ
WHAT IS 'CLICK & COLLECT'?
Click & Collect allows you to purchase goods through the Spendless Shoes website and pick them up from a store at a time that works for you. Since your items are reserved and paid for before you arrive, all you need to do is collect your purchase and go!
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
Yes. To be eligible for our Click & Collect service, your order must cost at least $30.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR CLICK & COLLECT?
No! Our Click & Collect is a FREE service.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER WILL BE READY AT THE STORE?
All ‘Click & Collect’ orders are ready within 1-2 business days and get shipped out from our Adelaide DC. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.
WHAT WILL I NEED TO COLLECT MY ORDER?
To collect your order, you must bring a copy of your confirmation email. This copy may be printed or on your phone. This confirmation email contains your order number, which we use to verify your identity when you come to collect your items. You will receive your email once your order is ready to be collected.
WHERE DO I GO TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
Your order will be delivered to your nominated store. Once you have received your confirmation email, make your way into your chosen store and head to the counter. One of our Spendless team members will be happy to assist you and hand over your waiting items.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?
Absolutely! Click & Collect is all about convenience, so if you can’t go and get your package, then you can nominate someone else to collect it when placing your order. As before, the nominated person will need to provide the order number or confirmation email to collect your package.
CAN I USE AFTERPAY OR ZIP TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Yes, you can! Buying items with Click & Collect is just like paying for a regular online purchase, so you can use Afterpay and Zip.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
The person nominated to collect the goods cannot be changed once an order has been placed. If you wish to nominate a different collector, you'll need to cancel the original order. We will do our best to stop the old order from being sent out, but once the package has left our DC, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
If you need to change the store you have selected to pick up your package up from, or wish to change items in your order, then please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND IN STORE AND WANT TO BUY SOMETHING DIFFERENT?
When you come to collect your parcel from our store, you have the option to open it up and try on your items. If you change your mind about an item or want to return or exchange it, then one of our in-store team members will be right there to walk you through the process.
WHAT IF AN ITEM ON MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?
If the item is not available from your preferred Click & Collect location, then a member from the store will call to let you know. From there, you will be offered an alternative style or a refund.
